I suspect it is the cable loom as at one point the horn fuses would blow and before that the horn would come on when unattended. It seems crazy that it is so difficult to get to cable looms. 2. Use the key fob to lock and unlock the door. Using a similar methodology to the key method, unlocking the vehicle's doors with the key fob will also shut down many factory car alarms. When standing close enough to the vehicle for your key fob to reach, press the lock button followed by the unlock button. Going to be a good opportunity to see what they can do about a large hand full of problems. This could be an indication of low battery. There have been a number of cases where the battery is faulty and not holding a charge correctly. One of the indicators for this is key issues including the key not detected warning.

The power outlet in the console still works. There is a secondary fuse block under and to the left of the steering column. The radio/accessory fuses are all in there. You will need a 15A ATM fuse to replace it. This is all covered in your Owner's Manual. Thanks for responding.
If you have a faulty key fob, you will almost certainly need to replace it. After taking note of the position, you should remove the old battery from the Nissan Key Fob. Waited 10 seconds and turned the car off. I then restarted the car (phone with Bluetooth off). And the console restarted with Nissan logo and directly into Bluetooth settings.
